Over the past few weeks, we have encountered issues with users of Symantec/Norton Internet Security products, as well as users of other Internet security products. The antivirus/firewall products may quarantine the Demo Download (Trial Version) file, the Update file, as well as other files on an existing system. We have filed "false positive" and “white-list” requests with Symantec to remedy this issue.
